Expected deliverables include 1) An Optical PoL (Pattern of Life) Analysis and Library (OPAL) dataset; 2) Image-based and/or time-series Transformer algorithms for detecting satellite manoeuvres; 3)A robust Pattern of Life identification framework for geostationary and geosynchronous satellites integrating the algorithms above.
